- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Packaging: Plants are shipped with minimal media or specialized nursery packaging to ensure survival and reduce weight.
International Shipping (B2B Export)
- Phytosanitary Certificate: All international orders are accompanied by an official Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine Agency.
- Air Freight: We primarily use DHL, UPS, or Cargo Air Freight for bulk B2B shipments to ensure the shortest transit time.
- Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or specific local permits required by their country’s customs office.
