General Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- All products are subject to availability. As plants are living organisms, slight variations in size and color from the website photos are to be expected.
Payment Terms
- Full payment must be received before order processing begins.
- For B2B wholesale orders, specific deposit and payment schedules will be outlined in the Proforma Invoice.
Returns and Refunds
- Due to the nature of living plants, we generally do not accept returns.
- Claims: If a plant arrives severely damaged or dead on arrival (DOA), you must provide photo/video evidence within 24 hours of delivery. For international shipments, our liability ends once the plants pass inspection at the origin and are handed to the carrier, unless otherwise negotiated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
